They claimed 6 days to produce the glasses, but a trip I ordered them for has come and gone, and there's no delivery date in sight. Their customer service bot is worthless, and I doubted there were any human reps at all. I felt incredibly disappointed that they mislead on how long it actually takes, which compelled me to try and get answers, leading to this review and conversation.

You claim 6 days to produce the glasses, but a trip I ordered them for thinking no problem, it would take a few weeks, has come and gone, and there's still no date in sight.
