I ordered glasses on March 30th and even paid for express shipping, expecting them in 3-5 days because my old ones broke. Day 5 came, and they were still in production; Day 10, still in production. I felt compelled to call customer service on Day 11 to ask for a shipping refund, because it was clear the express shipping promise was a lie. The way the rep responded, it seemed like they do this all the time. I did get my $10 back for shipping, but here I am, days later, and these glasses are STILL 6 days out on delivery. It’s Day 19 or whatever, and I still have no glasses! This experience pushed me to leave a review and engage with customer service, hoping to resolve this nightmare.
