The entire process was so very frustrating and certainly a waste of my time. I felt compelled to reach out to customer service, hoping someone could fix this mess, and then to leave this review, because no one should have to go through what I did.

I spent over two hours trying to complete my purchase, and I couldn't even input my prescription properly. It just wouldn't save."
