I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service because they messed up my Buy One Get One (BOGO) offer, and their proposed solution was ridiculous: "Return them… to RETURN AND REORDER" just to get the promo they admitted they messed up. Why can't they just credit my card? That's too easy, apparently.
