Could you please provide your order number? Customer: It's #78901. I've tried reaching out multiple times already—chat, phone, email—and can’t get anyone to help me. This is unacceptable. Please accept my sincere apologies for the trouble. Let me immediately look into your order history and the details of your prescription. Customer: So, what are you going to do about it?
